4. No NESA affiliation

Improving PDHPE is an independent educational resource provider.

Improving PDHPE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by or operated by the NSW Education Standards Authority, NESA, the NSW Government or any other government authority.

References to NESA, NSW syllabuses, HSC courses, syllabus outcomes, dot points, directive verbs, past examination material or assessment requirements are provided for educational and teaching support purposes only.

Users should refer to official NESA documents and school advice when making decisions about course requirements, assessment and examination preparation.

5. Accounts and login details

If you create an account or are provided with login details, you are responsible for keeping those details secure.

6. Students and users under 18

Teachers may use Improving PDHPE resources for their own teaching and preparation, subject to the licence attached to the relevant resource, product, membership or access arrangement.

  • upload paid resources to shared school drives, learning management systems or online platforms for unrestricted access
  • distribute paid resources across a faculty, school or cohort without an appropriate licence
  • copy paid resources into booklets, worksheets, slides or course materials for wider distribution
  • alter, rebrand or remove Improving PDHPE branding from resources
  • present Improving PDHPE resources as your own work.

Where a school, faculty or organisation purchases access, the permitted use will depend on the licence purchased or agreed in writing.

8. School and faculty licences

School, faculty, cohort or organisational licences may allow broader use of certain resources within a defined group, subject to the terms of that licence.

Licence conditions may include limits on:

  • number of users
  • year group or cohort
  • subject or course
  • school or faculty
  • duration of access
  • permitted distribution
  • printing and copying
  • use in a learning management system.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, school or faculty access is limited to the school, faculty, users, cohort or licence period specified at the time of purchase or agreement.

A school or faculty licence does not permit resale, public sharing, transfer to another school, use by another organisation or ongoing use after the licence period ends.
